What is the program?

It is a mentorship program designed to help software engineers get a job in companies like FAANG.

Who can apply?

We encourage everyone with software engineering experience to apply.

What does program look like?

Program consists of two phases – learning and application.

1. Learning phase lasts 4–6 months. During this phase you will actively prepare for interviews under our mentorship. We will cover following areas:
   1. Algorithms
   2. System design
   3. Live coding
   4. Behavioral
   5. Resume & LinkedIn preparation
2. Application phase lasts until you get an offer from your target company. During this phase we will support you with following:
   1. Referral network for applications
   2. Guidance in all communications with recruiters and interviewers
   3. Offer negotiation

How long does the program last?

Learning phase lasts 4–6 months, depending on your progress. Application phase lasts until you land an offer.

When does the next batch start?

Next batch will start in Spring 2025. We will announce more details closer to March 2025.

How much does it cost?

Our fee is 10% of your pre-tax monthly base salary (excluding bonuses and stocks) for 24 months. You only pay if you successfully land the job you're targeting.
